Dear Valued Guests,
We are excited at the prospect of welcoming you to the Armada By-the-Sea and have been working hard to prepare for your visit. In light of these unique times, some of our procedures have been altered so that you will feel safe and secure during your stay with us. Please carefully note the important following changes to policy so that all may proceed as smoothly as possible. Your cooperation is needed and appreciated!
Check-In Procedure: In order to facilitate a seamless remote check-in process, please prepay your balance and register your vehicle over the phone prior to arrival. Payments with a personal check must be received at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Due to extra measures taken to properly prepare your room and the potential of being short-staffed due to the J-1 student visas being suspended, check-in will be at 3 PM, without exception. Please make travel plans with this in mind. You are welcome to enjoy the property or other island amenities if you arrive earlier. Please remain in your vehicle and call the front desk upon arrival to receive information pertaining to your stay with us. Your sanitized room keys and parking pass will be in your unlocked room by 3 PM. Please call the lobby once you are settled in your room if you need anything.
Check-Out Procedure: Check out is before 11 AM. To ensure that we may properly prepare rooms for incoming guests, late check-outs are not possible. Although you are welcome to enjoy the beach or motel facility after check-out, we request that your vehicle be removed from the lot upon check-out. Please leave room keys in the key box located by the first floor lobby entrance. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
What you may expect from us: Our goal is to go above and beyond as we prepare your room and our property with your family’s health and well-being in mind. Much care, training, and resources are being utilized to accomplish this goal. We are here to meet your needs and to provide for your family as many vacation memories as possible!
What we are asking from you: Your cooperation is appreciated as we face these unusual times. Please continue to comply with the CDC’s recommendations for good health and prevention: wash hands frequently, wear face masks, avoid touching your face, cover your mouth when coughing, and practice social distancing, especially related to the lounge chairs, outdoor tables, swimming pool and elevator. Please monitor your own health in consideration of all our guests and staff.
