And many other motels throughout the Wildwoods offer at least a number of oceanview rooms, and most at very reasonable rates. Rental homes charge premium rates for an ocean view – even if it may be a small or obstructed view. Vacation-seekers may spend a considerable amount more on a home with an oceanview than for a comparable home without one… and typically these rentals cost significantly more per night than a nicely appointed motel room.
Location
A beachfront motel in Wildwood like the Armada is located literally just feet away from the beach. No long walk, no long car ride, no frantic struggle for parking. Just step out of your ocean-view motel room and you’re practically there! But when renting a vacation home, the simple truth is that just like with ocean views mentioned above, the closer you get to the beach, the higher the price you pay.
