Rates
All published rates have been discounted 3% for those choosing to pay cash. Please add 3% to the rates to determine full rate. Please add 14% NJ State Hotel/Motel tax to published rates.

Deposits
A deposit of 1 night is required to secure a reservation of up to 4 nights. A 2-night deposit is required for a stay of 5-7 nights. A 3-night deposit is required beyond a 7-night stay. A personal check, certified bank check, or money order is required as a deposit. Reservations are held for one week only unless a deposit is received. All deposits are receipted via mail or fax. Reservations are held until 6:00pm unless notified of later arrival time. A deposit secured by Credit Card is non-refundable.

Check-in/Check-out
Please note that check-in is after 3:00 p.m., and check-out is prior to 11:00 a.m. In order to have sufficient time to properly prepare rooms for incoming guests, early check-ins and late check-outs are not possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellations and Deposit Refunds
In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed reservation, 75% of your reservation deposit will be refunded if notified at least two weeks prior to your arrival date. There is NO REFUND of deposit on cancellations made less than 2 weeks of your arrival date. Sorry, there are no exceptions. A three week notification is required when canceling type F and F+ accommodations. Deposit may not be applied to next season and is not transferable. There are no refunds for early check-outs, inclement weather or no-shows. Deposits secured by a Credit Card are non-refundable. (Back to rates)

Payment
Your balance is due upon arrival and is payable in cash, Traveler's Checks, Money Order, or Certified Check at the already 3% cash discounted rate. Major Credit Cards are welcome at the full rate. The cardholder must be present for signature upon check-in. Personal checks are acceptable for deposit only.

Parking
Off-street parking is available for one car per unit only, and is strictly enforced. Two parking spaces are available for type F accommodations only if vehicles fit into designated spaces. Sorry, no pets or bicycles in room.

Specific Room Preference
Requests will be considered, but reservations are held by Room type 'A-F' only, not by specific room number or floor.

Misrepresentation of a reservation
Misrepresentation of a reservation effectively voids reservation and will result in forfeiture of the prepaid deposit.

Altering Confirmed Reservations
Altering your confirmed reservation (adding a day or  days or dropping a day or days) cancels your original reservation.    We will be happy to accommodate your reservation change if we have availability for your new dates. There is a 2-night minimum stay on non holiday weekends.

Additional Expenses
Adiitional Expenses may be added to your credit card for abnormal room wear and tear, missing room items, smoking in the room, and after 11:00 AM check-out.
